I don’t read men well and sometimes can be a bit blind when things are staring me in the face. I’m 27, in college and studying economics. One of my teachers is a guy aged 35 who I’ve always got along well with. He’s funny, often cracks jokes and students enjoy his subject. A month ago I emailed him about a paper I’m writing. I finished the email with a funny remark. Usually with teachers I’m polite and fairly serious. He replied and added a humorous quip in response to mine. A week later I emailed him again asking if he had a book that I needed. He replied saying he did and ended the email with a joke. I wrote back thanking him and responded to his joke. He wrote back with another witty remark. I didn’t reply to that one. In class the next week, he laughed and joked with other students but avoided looking at me. That's what's with him. He may like you, but as lonmg as youre in one of his classes he's keeping a proffessional distance.
