Stupid or what?

This college quaterback took a $20 dare to bumb into a campus officer and take his ticket book. He was arrested and can face up to 10 years in prison? What was he thinking? Do you tihnk he could avoid jail time?

10 years in prison seems a bit too much. He should just get a fine and maybe a month in jail.

Reply:debra lafave the teacher ''raped'' a 14 year old boy and didn't spend a day in prison. even though she was good looking it was statutory rape. if this guy gets even a year in jail, i think this is a joke. maybe a big fine and probation even some community service. but any jail time is ridiculous
