Besides the DMV, college campus, VA and county jail booking, where in SF Bay Area can one get a picture ID?

Yes, a real document with both a person's photographic face and name on it? (Passports, military ID's and employment badges don't count here either.)

There are private clubs that offer ID cards. Street vendors have ID cards. Many corporations use ID cards for their employees. Medical marijuana ID cards are not yet available in Alameda county, but they're on the way.

If you mean ones available to the general public, rather than members of some organization or group, that's more difficult. I'm assuming you're not looking for official, legally-recognized ID cards because you don't want the DMV or passport services. (I suppose a bank card with a photo doesn't count?)

Many print shops %26amp; copy centers offer laminated custom ID cards; some are serious, and some are "joke cards" like fake pilot licences, "girl-hunting license," various minister %26amp; other clergy cards. If the card looks serious, some people accept it for identification purposes.

CHECK CASHING PLACES--many of these offer their own ID cards for about $10.
